Shipping & Return Policy
Dash-Swag is fully committed to the quality of our product. If there are any manufacturer defects or customization errors, Dash-Swag will replace your damaged or incorrect product at no charge to you, as long as a claim is made within fifteen days of receipt of your merchandise. (A customization error is defined as any printing or embroidering discrepancy on finalized product versus prior customer approval sign-off on artwork).
Due to the nature of the customization process, no returns will be accepted on merchandise that does not contain any manufacturer defect, or incorrect customization.

Dash-Swag charges for standard ground freight within the Continental United States. Additional charges will be levied for any expedited freight and will be quoted prior to shipment for authorization. This also applies to any standard or expedited shipments outside of the Continental United States.
